Join me for a focused two week strength, healthy movement and feel good fitness camp outdoors right on Hove seafront.
Perfect for those who just want to have a kickstart of focus for two weeks, alongside those who are returning or starting exercise for the first time.

The camp covers four outdoor sessions per week during the programme, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Plus complimentary online sessions on Monday (yoga 6.30pm) and Friday, 7.45am.
Use your pass to choose your class time, 6.30am or 7.15am (45 minutes) except Wed which is a running based session at 6.30am only.
You will also receive personalised homework for the three days you don't meet me outdoors in week one.
Your pass can not be extended or transferred, all sessions must be used by June 30th, 2022.
