Please do not being any visitors or children to your appointment, we absolutely love children and their laughter, however our clients are here to relax and enjoy some quiet time without disturbances.
Please switch your mobile to silent on arrival and we request that you do not take calls whilst in the salon, our clients are relaxing with massages and facials and this can disturb their experience. We ask that you please step outside should you need to make a phone call.
All appointments/classes require a deposit to secure your booking, deposits are strictly non refundable.
Rescheduling/Cancelation of Appointments
Salon- 48 hours is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment . Failure to do so means you forfeit your deposit or 50% of your appointment will be charged to your credit card. You will be required to pay a new deposit when booking your next appointment.
Academy - Course Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled class results in forfeiture of the training deposit. If you provide over 14 days notice you can choose an alternative date.
Your deposit will be forfeited and not transferrable to another date.
