We have Credit Drop-Off appointments available for our customers. We are allowing one drop-off appointment per family per seven day period, with a limit of one file-size box per appointment. This allows as many families as possible to utilize our Used Book Credit system while maintaining the variety of inventory our customers are accustomed to at KBB.
Credit is now being processed at drop-off. If you would like any books we can't take for our shelves returned to you, please be prepared to remain in the store until we are done processing your credit. We will be processing boxes in the order they are dropped off.
While our scheduling program makes you pick a time, you can bring your books at any time during our credit hours on the day of your appointment.
Monday through Friday: 10 AM to 6 PM
Saturday: 10 AM to 5 PM
Sunday: 12 to 5 PM
When you arrive for your appointment, let us know you're here, and we will bring out a box for you to transfer your books into. We will then process your books as soon as possible.
