If you want appointments to show up in your Acuity account (so they are easier to keep track of), please Log In (blue link above this) BEFORE booking your reservation. If you do not have login information, please book a reservation first; you will be prompted to create an account after you complete your booking. You are not required to have login information or to create an account to book a reservation.
If you have or someone you live with has been diagnosed with COVID-19, do not book a reservation until after your quarantine period has been completed. Please review the CDC's guidance on symptoms https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/symptoms-testing/symptoms.html and do not book a reservation if you are experiencing any. Instead, seek further guidance from the CDC on any next steps you should take.
