Please read the information below before booking your appointment:

• A $25 deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Deposit can be made through Zelle or through $catherinep08 on ca$happ. Without this, your appointment slot will not be held.
• Cancellations - you must inform me 24 hours before your appointment time that you wish to cancel. Violation will result in a $25 cancellation fee. If the fee is left unpaid, this will result in no future bookings with me.
• No call/no show will result in no future bookings with me.
• Due to COVID-19, you are required to wear a mask for your appointment. Violation of this rule will result in a cancellation of your appointment.
• Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment.
• For after hour appointments, send me a direct message on my Instagram @catherinesworks.
• There is a 15-minute grace period. After these 15 minutes, there will be a $10 late fee. After 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.
