Arundel Lido are committed to offer the local community swimming during these uncertain times. Like everything things will look different this season to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

Here are a few FAQ's so far:
- If I cancel do I get a refund? This season will be a financial struggle for us, but we wanted to provide a service for the local community. If you cancel, you will not receive a refund. If you cancel because you are showing Covid-19 symptoms, we can rearrange your booking but you will be unable to book or attend any sessions for 14 days to ensure you have time to isolate if necessary.
- How many people can attend a family booked session per area? This is however many people are in your household / family bubble as determined by the Government Guidelines. Please respect this and stay safe
- Can you buy Season Tickets? We are not selling season tickets this year as we were unsure how long the season would be.
