Gressenhall: I provide appointments on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday morning and one Saturday per month from my home clinic in beautiful Gressenhall near Dereham.
Norwich: I provide treatments in the heart of Norwich at Norwich Yoga Central on the last Thursday & Friday of every month

Reflexology, Reiki & Soft Tissue Therapy: There are two booking options.
1) Book your physical therapy choosing whether you're a new client or a returning client. If you're a brand new Reflexology, Reiki or Massage client you can choose to book a 30 Minute New Client Consultation Call with me at least 24 hours before your treatment. This is no longer compulsory, but is a useful part of part of your treatment that I encourage you to make use of.
2) You can book the treatment above and include time to talk about you, your health and your wellbeing by including a 30 minute "add on" of Holistic Health Coaching.
Homeopathy Clients: Choose from a First Consultation, 30/60 Minute Follow Up, or 15 Minute Check-in call. Face to face or remote appointments are available.
Holistic Health Coaching: 60 minute standalone sessions are available face to face and remotely. You can also add this to your treatments in 30 minute blocks.
To summarise how to book...
1. Choose the physical therapy session you require.
2. Select whether it's a first session or a follow-up, and whether you're in clinic, or by phone etc.
3. Add on any Holistic Health Coaching time you would like, or book that as it's own one hour session.
4. Book your 30 Minute Consultation Call if you're a new client for at least 24 hours before your treatment time.
5. You're booked!
Payment options: Online payment at booking, Contactless after your session or transfer before treatment. Bank details will be on confirmation email.
