Booking, Cancellation, Late, No Show Appointments Policy - Effective 8/2023
** A credit card is required to be on file for ALL bookings. Your card will not be charged prior to your scheduled appointment unless YOU select to pay for your service at the time of booking. Late cancellations and No show appointments will be charged automatically to the card on file. If for any reason we are unable to charge the on file the balance must be paid prior to any rebooking within the salon.
VIP APPOINTMENTS- “Same days and workins “ appointments outside of regular working hours are available upon stylists availability and the applicable convenience fee.
CANCELLATIONS - Must be completed at least 24 hours prior to appointment start time. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a charge of 50% of the total service price. NO EXCEPTIONS.
LATE ARRIVALS -
There is a 15 minute grace period for appointments arrivals.
Late fee of $25 will be accessed to an appointment following the grace period.(16+minutes from start time)
Failure to arrive or reschedule within the 30 minutes of appointment start time will result in your appointment being marked and treated as a NO SHOW.
At the stylist discretion and availability the appointment can reschedule including same day rescheduling with applicable convenience fee. $50
Drop off services-
Please be aware we are an appointment based salon children left before/after their scheduled services prevent us from giving each client our undivided attention during their service. Pick ups and drop offs are given 20 min before and after their scheduled service. Anytime that exceeds that will be charged a convenience fee of $50. At 1 hour of late pickup $100 will be assessed in addition to appointment total.
DCF will be notified after 1.5 hours if child is still not picked up. Please ensure there is an emergency contact on file if we are unable to reach you.
***Last minute changes are still subject to the late cancellation policy/convenience fee where applicable.
NO SHOWS will result in a charge for 100% of the total service price. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If your are experiencing or any covid-19 symptoms please reschedule ahead of time .*** If during your appointment you are showing these symptoms the technician may stop your service and FULL PAYMENT WILL BE DUE!
