Gentle Yoga movement easily accessible to all. Movements designed to increase flexibility, strength, balance and range of motion. Movements are changed each session to provide a wide variety of options that can be practiced on your own. The ability to get up off the floor and down to the floor, to sit on the floor, and to stay on your knees for a short period of time is desirable.
