Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an effective, scientifically researched method for reducing physical and psychological suffering while building resilience, balance and peace of mind. In this workshop, Johanna will introduce participants to MBSR through specific practices involving breathing, meditation, gentle body movements, and other tools to incorporate Mindfulness into daily life.
