Please note that when booking an appointment there will be a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT required.
The balance is due before services are rendered including any fees. If you pay in full and additional fees are due I will be charging the balance to card on file. All sales are final on all services and gift certificates. No refunds will be issued.
If YOU have to reschedule your appointment your Deposit will go towards your next appointment if done within 24 hours.
If YOU are a no-show or cancel under 24 hours you will lose your Deposit and you will NOT be able to reschedule with that Deposit.
If WE show up for YOUR appointment and YOU need to reschedule or cancel YOU will be charged full price.
If WE have to reschedule your appointment your deposit will be refunded and you can reschedule your appointment.
To complete payment you can go to your confirmation email and at the bottom you can use the change or cancel appointment tab to complete payment. You may also pay balance using Zelle (678-895-7056 or metime2161@gmail.com) or cashapp ($metimemobilemassage).
If you would like to upgrade or add on anything to your services like flowers or balloons you can dm/email me. If you need an appointment time outside of my availability just ask me and I can see what I can do.
There is a travel fee that will be required for all services. After your address is verified there will be an additional fee added to your service if you have not already done so please confirm before booking refunds will not be issued. I will not be able to service areas outside of 50 miles from 30326 at this time.
Please also note with Mobile services we cannot determine unpredictable circumstances like car accidents, repairs, and weather conditions. Please allow a 15 minute grace period for all Mobile Services.
