60-Minute Video Therapy Session

1 hour @ $120.00

ONLINE VIDEO THERAPY- Each Session is approximately 60 minutes long. We will start each session with building rapport and working through the issues that are most pressing for you. Then, we will explore therapeutic strategies, coping techniques, etc, that will assist you in handling presenting problems. While sessions are guided by therapeutic approaches and supported by therapeutic techniques, each session is dependent largely on your needs at the current moment.

60-Minute Phone Therapy Session

1 hour @ $100.00

OVER THE PHONE THERAPY - Each Session is approximately 60 minutes long. We will start each session with building rapport and working through the issues that are most pressing for you. Then, we will explore therapeutic strategies, coping techniques, etc, that will assist you in handling presenting problems. While sessions are guided by therapeutic approaches and supported by therapeutic techniques, each session is dependent largely on your needs at the current moment.
