Thank you for collaborating with Ariel Moore Photography.
All appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of scheduling, the deposit secures the time and date of our session.
For rescheduling please email me, Ariel as soon as you can. I ask that clients contact me at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. Last minute cancellations and rescheduled appointments will be invoiced for an additional $50.
There is a 10 minute grace period. If you are over 10 minutes late there will be a $25 late fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late there will be a $50 late fee due before the start of the session.
There is also a travel fee ($0.55/mile) for any shoot 10 miles outside of our studio address.
Clients will receive studio address 24 hours prior to the session.
