Booking Policy

Carefully review the details of your service and the terms and conditions to ensure you are booking the right service. Incorrect booking will result in appointment modification or cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email upon completion. There will be deposits on all s services which are non refundable.

Payment Options

Services can be paid with cash, apple pay, zelle.

NO EXTRA PEOPLE

• Please do not bring no extra people sitting inside room. Only mothers who are getting they child serviced will only be allowed. If you are waiting to be serviced please have a seat outside room until stylist is ready.

COLORING SERVICES

• ALL color services require a consultation before booking. For coloring services prices do vary depending on length and density . Each extra tube open will result in a up charge of $10 dollars. Any coloring using more than 1 color also results in a up-charge.

Please come with hair combed out especially from taking out braids or it will result in a up-charge.

Cancellation Policy

• Canceling is permitted 72 hours in advance via the confirmation email . No exceptions
• No call no show there will be no new appointment .
• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE/TRANSFERABL
