Drop in and hang out spaces multiple times a week focused on inclusivity, connection and community. ALL are welcome. If you are feeling a little lonely or anxious, and just want to connect with a friendly face, with no pressure or expectation, then these spaces are for you. We all have times where we just need somewhere to go and sit and either be heard, or just be alone whilst in the company of people. This is what these spaces are for.

This weekly class is open to EVERYONE. Yoga is not dependent on how flexible you are; it is about building positive relationship with your body, and finding ways of moving that work for you to help you go about your life with more confidence and trust that your body has you; it is on your side; it is holding you safely. By bringing in mindful movement, we are able to learn ways of moving that promote optimum functionality rather than exacerbating pain or tension.

Laughter Club is a fantastic way to set up your Wednesday morning, hump day.
We join as a group in playful activities that make us chuckle. It may at first be forced out laughter but by then end, I assure you, you will be laughing! Hahaha
So if you need time to have a giggle, or time to even sit back and listen to others contagious laughter, come and join us. Or you need is the willingness to click on that zoom link! What are you waiting for!

Myofascial release is a gentle, hands-on, whole body treatment which addresses the cause of your problem, not just your symptoms. Tension in the body can have a big impact on our emotional health, energy levels and general attitude to life. Holding on so tightly is hard work! MFR works to gently release these restrictions, restoring movement, balance and freedom.

When illness, pain or disease occurs, the corresponding energy channels become blocked. Reflexology works to balance/unblock the energy flow and induces relaxation. It can help improve circulation, boost effective functioning of the immune system and encourage relief of stress and tension.

Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique for relaxation that also promotes healing. It is a very gentle, non invasive hands-on treatment, that can also be given with no direct touch. A warm and soothing energy flows from the practitioner's hands into the client, promoting relaxation and releasing tension. Reiki treats the whole person, including the physical body, energetic body, emotions, mind and spirit.
