Over 3 sessions you will be taught the TRE exercises, with a strong emphasis on learning to self-regulate and ground yourself. We start each session with a check in, discussion and basic theory. The rest is practical. The goal is to empower you to feel more connected with your body.
Classes are limited to 6 people.
