The Lottery asks that winners please do not book multiple appointments and only make appointments if you have a winning ticket(s). Players can claim more than one winning ticket during a single appointment, and there is no need to book additional appointments. To accommodate as many winners as possible, the Illinois Lottery reserves the right to cancel additional appointments made by a single individual.
Please note: a valid photo ID, proof of social security number (social security card or other government form with full social), completed Winner's Claim Form (can be downloaded from IllinoisLottery.com) and your winning ticket(s) will be required for prize redemption.
