A $30 deposit is required to book. If you need to reschedule it must be done no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment. Within 24 hours of your appointment, you will lose your deposit permanently and you will need a new deposit in order to book again in the future. The remaining balance must be paid in cash, cash app, or Zelle. No calls and no-shows are banned from booking in the future.
Evening appointments after 5:00 are sometimes available for an additional fee of $20 and up. If you don't see any availability text 917-426-7815 along with a picture of the desired style also the date and time you would like to come in. The fee will be applied to the remaining balance. NO WALK-INS🚫
NO SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS 🚫
Hair must be washed, blow-dried straight, and product-free if you decide to wash your own hair within 48 hours of your appointment. A wash is available as an additional service. You can also flat iron your hair if you wish.
If your scalp has dandruff please make sure to thoroughly scrub your scalp and that your scalp and hair is clean prior to your appointment. If there is visible dandruff on the scalp or hair you will be required to get a wash for $25 and up or your appointment will be canceled and you will lose your deposit. Hair must be fully detangled prior to your appointment.
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to maintain social distancing guidelines. If you are running late and do not call or text within 10 minutes of your appointment your appointment will be automatically canceled and you will lose your deposit. After 10 minutes every 10 minutes you are late will incur a $10 late fee per 10 minutes. after 20 minutes your appointment is canceled.
Hair must be 4 inches or longer. If you're unsure please text a picture of your own hair pulled out at the shortest parts.
1, 1B, 2, and 4 Hair is included in the price but if you want a different color you must bring 2 packs of pre-stretched hair for stitch braids and 3 packs for knotless box braids.
You must be 14 years and older to get serviced.
DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
A face mask must be worn covering your nose and mouth for the duration of your appointment. Temperatures will be taken as well due to covid precautions. If you have a persistent or suspicious cough at the time of your appointment or any other Covid symptoms your appointment will be canceled and you will lose your deposit. If you feel sick please cancel 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT
To help keep the longevity of your braids please wear a shower cap in the shower or bath.
Cover your hair at night with a durag or bonnet.
After you remove the extensions thoroughly detangle hair with a wide toothed comb and also with a smaller comb if you have any buildup prior to washing your hair to prevent breakage.
