Cancellations
Your appointments are very important to our team of professionals. We ask that if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you give at least 24 hours notice so that we have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on our waitlist. We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and it’s not always possible to give adequate notice. However, be aware that if you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice, we reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% of the cost of your service.
Services that require a deposit must be canceled or rescheduled within 48 of the appointment time to prevent loss of deposit.
Re-Do’s
We always want you to be happy with your service! If you are ever dissatisfied with a service, please let us know within 24 hours and we will be happy to reconsult with you and make a change if need be.
Late Arrivals
Scheduled appointments have a 10-minute grace period to allow for unpredicted traffic or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be late, please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause our other clients to be late for their commitments. Therefore, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services.
Tipping
Though tipping is not not required, our technicians GREATLY appreciate them! If you are happy with your service, tips can be accepted in the best form as cash.
Gift Cards/Gift Certificates
No cash advances: You cannot obtain any cash advance with your Gift Card or redeem your Gift Card for cash.
Validity and expiry of Gift Cards: We are not liable to redeem any Gift Card that is presented for redemption after the expiry date.
Lost or stolen Gift Cards: Treat your Gift Card like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
Respect
The Betty Brow Co. is a luxury salon with the goal to provide ultimate relaxation to all clients. Please be courteous, refrain from bringing guests & small children, keep your group conversations to a whisper & your cell phone on silent. We all have busy schedules, please help us ensure a calm & peaceful environment inside the salon.
We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To:
- Anyone with a skin condition we suspect may not be suitable for services booked
- Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area
- Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service
- Anyone more than 10 minutes late for an appointment
- Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our technicians and other customers
* Please make sure you email address is provided and correct, you will receive all necessary information about your appointment as well as after care.
* Included touch-ups must be done in the 4-6 week post initial appointment window or there will be a touch-up fee associated with the service. Brow touch ups are not included with initial service.
* For Lash services please come with a bare face- as make up removal is not part of your service and is not included in your appointment duration.
REQUIREMENTS BEFORE PERMANENT MAKEUP:
- No Botox treatments should be done 3 weeks prior or 4 weeks after procedure
- No chemical peels 60 days before or after procedure (brows will peel quicker due to chemicals traveling under the skin)
- No Retinols/Retin-A or other anti-aging/acne creams, or serums containing acids as these will fade brows prematurely
- Do not work out or sweat heavily the day of the procedure
- Do not tan or have a sunburned face the day of the procedure
- No waxing or tinting 3 days before procedure
- Stop taking aspirin, niacin, vitamin E, fish oil, CoQ10 and ibuprofen 48 hours before procedure
- No alcohol or caffeine 24 hrs before procedure
