      In this class you'll learn the basics of kickboxing from striking to defence. This is a zero contact class and a great place to start for someone new to combat sport or fitness.

    • Green Gloves Boxing

      1 hour 30 minutes

      In this class you'll learn the basics of boxing from striking to defence. This is a great place to start for someone new to combat sport or fitness.

    • Muay Thai Basics (PM Class)

      45 minutes

      In this class you'll learn the basics of kickboxing from striking to defence. This is a zero contact class and a great place to start for someone new to combat sport or fitness.

    • Yoga

      1 hour

      These classes will help you to build focus, patience, balance and strength.

    • Women's Class (Boxing and Muay Thai)

      45 minutes

      In this class you'll learn the basics of boxing from striking to defence. This is a zero contact class and a great place to start for someone new to combat sport or fitness. This class is restricted to Womens only.
