Please read the following instructions carefully before booking your appointment:
- You will need to bring 2 pieces of valid (not expired), government issued ID's (at least one with photo) at the time of your appointment.
- Remember to bring printed copies of any documentation pertaining to the service you require such as an instruction letter from your employer or correspondence from a government department (if applicable).
- We recommend debit or credit card as the forms of payment.
- Please choose one appointment slot per person. If you're a group of 2 or more people, each individual must have their own appointment.
- If at any time you need to cancel your appointment, please do so via the original appointment confirmation e-mail with the 'cancel' button or call 780-451-1974. We lose a booking slot if you do not cancel.
- Located at 10633-124 Street, Edmonton.
- Parking is available in front of the building from 8:00am to 3:30pm. Do not park in the stalls behind the building.
**Note: If you have received a letter from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada requesting BIOMETRICS you have to go to your nearest Service Canada Center – only Service Canada can complete that type of request.
