Required Upon Booking
- Non-refundable $50 deposit paid upon booking
- Signed Client Waiver eForm
- Valid credit or debit card on file
Studio Policy
- Kindly come with a clean, makeup-free face and eyes. Your appointment includes a complimentary lash wash to ensure pristine application.
- To maintain the one-on-one nature of the appointment, please arrive unaccompanied; guests, children, or pets are not permitted.
- Please arrive on time (not earlier, not later) as we're appointment-based.
- If you are running behind schedule, please notify us.
- Refrain from having caffeinated beverages before your appointment.
- Caffeine can elevate blood sugar levels, potentially leading to eyelid spasms (eye twitches).
- If your fill appointment requires more than 2 hours, it will be considered a full set instead of a fill.
- We are currently not offering foreign fills/outside work. However, a complimentary removal is included with a full set if there is pre-existing work.
- Pre and post-care instructions are sent out in an email confirmation when booking. It is the client's responsibility to follow all instructions.
- If you experience any reactions, discomfort, or significant lash extension loss within the first 5 days, kindly inform us.
- We reserve the right to decline service or reschedule appointments for various reasons, such as signs of illness. If you're feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, please reach out, and we can reschedule when you're in better health. Your deposit may be transferable.
- Lastly, relax and unwind! Your lash appointment provides the perfect opportunity to rejuvenate and center yourself for the day.
Cancellation Policy
- To secure your appointment bookings, we require all clients to have a valid card on file. This helps us manage our schedule in cases of repeated cancellations or no-shows.
- We highly value your appointments, as they are dedicated exclusively to you. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, so we kindly request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
- In the event of cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the reserved service fee will be applied.
- No-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the reserved service fee.
- Clients who need to reschedule can do so once by transferring their deposit to another appointment, provided the rescheduling occurs between 24-48 hours before the original appointment. If you need to reschedule the same appointment more than once, a new $50 deposit fee will be applied each time.
Payment Policy
- A $50 non-refundable deposit is required and goes toward your service.
- The remaining balance can be paid via Debit, Credit, Hcsbeauty eGift Cards, or cash.
- GST applies to Square payments; cash is tax-exempt.
- We do not offer refunds for completed services.
