For Virtual Staging; We require high resolution photos of unfurnished homes. If a home needs to have furnishing digitally removed then an additional charge of $40 and up to 36 hours for medium furnished homes to appear vacant. We cannot process cluttered homes. Most of the floor and walls must be free of clutter. High resolution photos will preferably include a corner of a room and partial view of the ceiling though the latter is not required.
If you need photos of the space, we offer a Virtual Staging Photo service below. Perchase the Photos first and then include the Virtual Staging as an Add-On. Photo prices are discounted when included as an Add-On with the purchase of a 3D Walk Through Tour and/or 360 View service.
