YVluxsets Lash Lounge POLICIES.

~We do not work on top of other artist work.

~Please, NO GUESTS

~A non-refundable deposit will be required upon booking. Deposit will go towards service. However, the remaining balance must be paid in cash or Zelle. If you choose to have your card charged, a 5$ processing fee will be applied.

~You are only allowed ONE RESCHEDULE per deposit. If you choose to reschedule more than once, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you will have to rebook with another deposit.

***Please come with clean lashes or a mandatory lash bath will be added to your service for an extra fee***

All clients have a 10 minute grace period. Any time after the grace period will result in a 10$ extra charge. Clients who are than 15 minutes late to their appointment will be cancelled and charged as a no-show on my terms.


Your appointments are very important to the YV Artistry owner, the time you choose is especially for you, we understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request a 48 hour notice for cancellations and/or rescheduling.


CANCELLATIONS WITHIN THE 48 HR PERIOD & SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours and/ or same day cancellation you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service amount and forfeit your deposit.

Will be charged FULL AMOUNT of service. I cannot make any exceptions.

When entering your card info you are agreeing to my policy!

~All refills should be booked no later than 3 weeks after initial the fullset. 40% of lashes must be remaining to be considered a "refill" anything less will be considered a fullset.

After booking please allow up to 24 hrs to receive a confirmation email with address and other important information needed prior to your appointment.
