The Oregon Department of Revenue welcomes you to make an appointment for in-person assistance at our offices in Salem, Portland, Gresham, Bend, Eugene, and Medford. Walk-in services are also available without an appointment in Salem, Gresham, Bend, Eugene, and Medford for basic tax questions, payments, and dropping off tax returns and other documents.
