The $25 price is a deposit to reserve your spot to see one of our providers. This deposit will be deducted from the consultation fee ($150) and lab testing cost ($150) if you decide to go forward with treatment. You will also receive an email with our New Patient Forms that are required to be completed prior to check-in.
