Please visit www.sensorybeans.org to print out your Sensory Beans Waiver. This document must be filled out for each child attending. If you have multiple children, they may all be listed on the same waiver. Only TWO adults per child will be admitted into the facility. We appreciate your understanding at this time.

Sensory Beans is recommended for children ages 9 months to 8 years old due to weight limits on our equipment, please contact us before visiting if your child is not within the age range. Reservations are required for ALL children 9 months and older.

Please bring:

-Completed Waiver (waivers are also available to be filled out in the facility upon arrival)

-Socks

NO FOOD IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE FACILITY AT THIS TIME.

You are encouraged to bring your own drink.

Reservations must be made at least 15 minutes in advance.

**Please note that refunds are not given for missed or cancelled appointments. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. Thank you!**
