Every Say CHEESE and LIFT 4-1 Group Training session provides an opportunity to workout with friends!
For the Strength/HIIT session, workouts are split into 8 timed sections. Mixed in are weightlifting exercises (Deadlifts, Squats, Bench Presses, etc.) and HIIT type exercises (Battle Ropes, Sleds, Medicine Ball) that will be sure to send you home feeling like you accomplished something.
