Location: I am located in Norristown, Pa
BOOKING
- Any cancellations or openings will be posted on my IG @hairbycionilynee.
- Appointments outside of normal business hours or squeeze ins will result in a $25 squeeze in fee.
- All appointments require a $20 deposit to hold your spot. This will be deducted from your full price!
Payment Methods
Acceptable payment methods: Cash, Cash app, Venmo, Apple Pay
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless your appointment is canceled by me.
AFTER BOOKING
- Confirmation text messages will be sent out the same day you book your appointment. Please make sure to read the message after booking as that will tell you where your appointment is what to bring to your appointment.
- Services may not be changed the same day.
- You may only reschedule once, If your second appointment is missed you will have to make a new deposit.
- If you have any questions feel free to text me before your appointment, you CANNOT make any changes the day of your appointment!
- All reschedule appointments must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
DAY OF APPOINTMENT
- You have a 10 minute grace period before a $15 LATE FEE is added to your service, after 25 minutes your appointment will be canceled and you will not receive a deposit refund.
- Please come with your hair washed and blown straight unless a wash and blow dry is added or included in your service
- You cannot change your service the day of your appointment
COVID-19 REGULATIONS
- Please do not come while you are sick or have symptoms of a cold. flu. covid. etc. You will be asked to leave and you will be banned from booking with me. If you are feeling under the weather let me know ahead of time and you will be able to reschedule your appointment.
