Join Marc for a 40minute Boxing workout. This ancient art is not only good cardio and strength training, but it works wonders for your mind.
No experience necessary, Marc will take you through boxing exercises that will be suitable for all levels of fitness, with modifications where required.

Join Amy, the Mindfulness Rebel for an hour of exploring the informal practice of Mindfulness.
During this session you will have an introduction to Mindfulness, and the benefits of practicing in your daily life.
You will also practice a short meditation during this session.

As a parent, finding time in the week for yourself to be mindful and focus on ways to have positive mental health can be tricky. Carve out an hour on Tuesdays to explore a variety of art techniques through creative journaling. The workshops are a space to reflect and de-stress whilst having fun, you don’t have to be ‘good at art’! The sessions are led by Sam Roddan of Art Pop Up to help and guide participants.

Each month we’ll come together share a tea tasting experience, using herbs that are beneficial and supportive to parents.

Join Emily for a relaxing lunchtime Yoga session. It’s not goal oriented - no pushing into poses. Yoga is ready for you; however you may be feeling on the day. This type of exercise and being present in the moment is perfect for restoring some balance to your mental health.

For experienced runners but also incorporating a Couch to 5K programme for complete beginners - a proven programme to get you off the sofa and running 5k in a matter of weeks.
