Join Caroline for a relaxing online Yoga session. It’s not goal oriented - no pushing into poses. Yoga is about self-inquiry and looking after your body, be kind to you, your body and mind at all times. Yoga is ready for you; however you may be feeling on the day. This type of exercise and being present in the moment is perfect for restoring some balance to your mental health.

Join Marc for a 30 minute Chair workout perfect for anyone who is low on space or looking for some gentle exercise.
No experience necessary, Marc will take you through the exercises that will be suitable for all levels of fitness, and can be carried out with or without weights.

Share in the joy that reading a text as a group brings. Your Reader Leader will lead the group with a short story or poem and invite members of the group to comment on the text, sharing any thoughts and feelings the text triggers. You don’t need to be an avid reader to enjoy this session, you can get as involved as much as you like, or simply just sit back and enjoy the story.

We start each session with a 'check in', followed by a 15minute mindfulness session.
You can say as much or as little as you like during our online session.

The ‘Makers Group’ is an opportunity to come together to create, in doing so learn new skills and share knowledge and experience with others. Making together provides a safe space for quiet conversation where thoughts, views and attitudes can be explored without confrontation. It is also a space to have some fun and take pleasure in what we are doing
