Finding time in the week for yourself to be mindful and focus on ways to have positive mental health can be tricky. Carve out an hour on Tuesdays to explore a variety of art techniques through creative journaling. The workshops are a space to reflect and de-stress whilst having fun, you don’t have to be ‘good at art’! The sessions are led by Sam Roddan of Art Pop Up to help and guide participants.
