Join Emily for a relaxing evening Yoga session. It’s not goal oriented - no pushing into poses. Yoga is ready for you; however you may be feeling on the day. This type of exercise and being present in the moment is perfect for restoring some balance to your mental health.
No experience necessary - Take it at your own pace and rest whenever you need to.
