This is highly advanced, specialised clinical work and will include assessment of intra-oral tissues.

If 3 months has passed since your last treatment, new regulations require an up to date consultation form to be completed. If you have new symptoms, conditions or your medical history has changed since your last treatment, a full online consultation may be required, via zoom, messenger, etc. This will have to take place prior to your appointment and will be chargeable.
A Covid Risk Assesment form will also be sent to you online, 24-48hrs prior to your attendance to be returned prior to your appointment
