The new booking system now provides option to;
1. Reschedule straight from their booking system schedule.
2. Input into their personal digital calendars (iCal or google).
3. Upload their referral as they make their medical bookings.
4. Provide mothers reminder emails and text.
Medical scans can only be performed with a referral from your provider. We will supply a medical report within 2 business days. Please note that as it is a medical scan, our main focus is to provide the best care for your baby, so we may use the maximum allocated time, HDLive may not be possible.
Elective scans are for your pleasure and ultrasound imagery only, we will not provide any medical measurements during this session.
Complimentary Photography vouchers:
Due to the current COVID, our photographers are unable to provide their services to our mothers. Therefore, we are unable to provide vouchers/brochures during this time.
$20 Cancellation applies for cancelled or rescheduled bookings less than 24 hours of your appointment. It will be added on top of your next appointment.
Under the Victorian government (as of 5th August), you may travel outside your 5 km range to visit us for your ultrasound scans. Upon confirmation, you can present the confirmation email should there be any issues. We still allow 2 supporting guest, so partners are allowed. Current Guest Limit:
The current guest limit is 2 persons (preferably from the same household), excluding mother. We do not recommend children to attend but we understand that this may not be possible. If this is the case, we will happily have them attend the session.
HDLIVE training day (Limited):
Dedicated training sessions to provide our trainee's the opportunity to scan. These sessions are on a separate calendar marked "HDLive with trainee". Our trainee will scan during your session and will be supervised by our principal sonographer. If you book on these session, please be kind and supportive to our trainees.
