The new booking system now provides option to:
1. Reschedule straight the request/confirmation email.
2. Input bookings details into digital calendars (iCal or Google).
3. Upload capability for referrals (medical bookings only).
4. Reminder emails and text.
Medical scans can only be performed with a referral from your provider. Report will be automatically faxed to your provider within 2 business days. Please note that as it is a medical scan, our main focus is to provide the best care for your baby, so we may use the maximum allocated time, HDLive may not be possible.
Elective scans are for your entertainment and ultrasound imagery only, we will not provide any medical measurements during this session.
$20 cancellation applies for cancelled or rescheduled bookings less than 24 hours of your appointment. It will be added on top of your next appointment.
Under the Victorian government (as of 28th Feb, 2021), you may travel to visit us for your ultrasound scans. We allow up to 4 supporting guests, so partners are allowed. To come prepared for the scan, we suggest drinking plenty of water before the appointment. Around 6-8 cups of water a day. Keeping yourself well hydrated leading up to the appointment will help us get a clearer window into the womb. No fasting is required, in fact, eating plenty of food such as fruit or sweet can make your baby a little more active and this can help baby move into more favourable position.Please keep in mind and prepare for any setbacks as we cannot guarantee perfect images every time. There are many factors that can limit the views of the baby's face; such as amniotic fluid, placental position and mother's body type. However, we will always endeavour to get the best images possible.
Referrals (Medical ultrasound scans only):
Please ensure that all referrals contains all the correct details and are legible (such as doctor's name, provider number, your details and service request).
We accept all referrals, as long as they have all the details as mentioned above. Referral must be submitted at least 2 days before the appointment.

Amy and Emily are passionate trainees with a love for pregnancy and babies. They are dedicated to become a 3D/4D technician and have been training with us for over a year. These live training exercise helps them build customer experience and obtain facial photos. These discounted training sessions provide our enthusiastic trainee's the opportunity to scan.
Our trainee will scan during your session and will be partially supervised by our principal technician. It is not a medical scan, so no referral or report is given.

1. If you are booking a training session, please be kind and supportive to our trainees, all feedback is welcome.
3. Our trainees are already under pressure trying to obtain photos for you, please be open that you may not receive full face images.
4. The training sessions do not reflect the experience and quality of our services by a qualified technician.
