High-energy one-hour group cycle class that will exhilarate and challenge your cardiovascular system, geared towards all fitness levels. This class will be sure to build strength and cardio endurance while burning fat! The instructor will keep you motivated and cued throughout the entire class which consists of a warm-up, climbing and strength drills, sprint/speed intervals with a cool down and stretch.
Ditch the workout and join the party – exercise has never been so fun! This exciting, easy to follow cardio dance class combines high energy and booty shaking Latin music. This class will make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor. All fitness levels welcomed.
This class consists of low impact aerobics for cardiovascular conditioning combined with mat work to firm up the hips, thighs, buttocks and abdominals. All fitness levels welcome.
A fun and high energy cardio dance class that incorporates moves with music from the 50’s through today’s popular hits. All fitness levels welcome.
Step & Abs
Have fun learning choreographed step routines to high energy music during this full body workout. Step up, down, over and around with us in this fun and energetic cardio workout, upper body and abs using weights. All fitness levels welcomed. Members are asked to bring their own mats.
Cycle and Sculpt
30 min of group cycle and 30 minutes of muscle conditioning. Looking to effectively train every part of your body? Ride the bike and sculpt your body in one workout – cycling and off the bike exercises will help you get the results you want. All fitness levels welcomed.
A challenging blend of core strength, muscle endurance, and all over body toning set to great beats to motivate the participant. Expect a full-body work out with the use of light weights and mat work. Many options will be given for exercises. All levels welcomed. Members are asked to bring their own mat.
A full body High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) incorporates weights, cardio and plyometrics. Each class varies between boot camp circuits, cardio kickboxing, and Tabata geared towards intermediate and advanced fitness levels. Members are asked to bring their own mat.
A total body muscle conditioning class that utilizes dumbbells and more to work all your major muscle groups. Each class has a full body focus with a good balance of strength and cardiovascular work. All fitness levels welcomed. Members are asked to bring their own mat.
Cardio and Strength
This class is designed to improve your cardiovascular system while building your strength and endurance. This class includes intervals of body weight exercises, circuit training, standing cardio exercise, and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout. All fitness levels welcome. Members are asked to bring their own mats.
Abs and Glutes Wednesdays (8:45 am)
This class will focus on strength and toning exercises designed to help strengthen your core and lower body fat. Improve muscular strength in upper and lower abdominals as well as the lower back and body using your body weight. Class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
