Breathing to regulate the nervous system. With self-massage, Qi Gong and Yoga we first free up the diaphragm, chest, neck and jaw, so we can then practice our breathing for 10-15 minutes with more ease. With the breathing techniques we stimulate the ventral aspect of the Vagus nerve, which amongst other things is responsible for the regulation of the bronchi. The healing process of many conditions involving breathing difficulties can be supported with a regular practice. (Sessions in English and German)
