In this combination of bodywork, yoga and innovative movements you will learn specialised strengthening exercises and ball rolling techniques that penetrate into common tension areas around the lower back, pelvis and legs.
Together we will roll through a sequence, proven to affect profound change in the psoas, pelvic muscles, glutes, lumbar spine, IT Band, hamstrings, calves and feet.
Massageballs and equipment will be provided in the workshop.
