A one hour class with the intent letting go of the day, week, and all that no longer serves you by releasing tension in your body. In yin classes we will hold each pose for 3-5 minutes, targeting the connective tissues, ligaments, joints, myofascia, and meridians to give your body the full opportunity to relax and let go. Yin yoga is an opportunity to turn inward, to go deep within yourself.
