Please review the following information before booking your appointment and read carefully.
I am not liable for any information you neglect to read.
NEW CLIENTS: Please Schedule Under the “New Client” category. All of the services I provide are under that category. It’s suggested to come with Bare Nails but not required. Under “ADD ON” select *Soak Off/Application Removal, to properly and professionally have that product removed.
You are considered a New Client if I Have NOT Serviced you within the last past 3 + months.
Deposits & Payment Information:
- A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment upon booking. If a re-schedule is needed and is confirmed at least 24 hours ahead of the original appointment, the initial deposit may be transferred. Under no other circumstance are deposits transferable.
- If I do allow a reschedule and you are unable to make the rescheduled appointment time, you must book again with a new deposit. No exceptions.
- Deposits are deducted from the total cost of your service. Balances are to be paid in exact cash or card only. All card transactions have a 6% convenience fee.
- No Call No Show you will be charged in full for the balance due with the card on file
- All cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are still subject to the remainder of the balance that is due. The card on file will be charged!
Policies:
- I am currently located in a suite in Towson, MD. Please arrive a little early to park and get to my suite.
- Unfortunately, I do not work over other nail technicians work. You must book a removal as an additional service if you currently have any application on from another nail tech.
- When booking, please do not use any nicknames wherever you are asked to provide a name or signature.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a cancellation of your appointment and forfeit your deposit
- I ONLY SERVICE KIDS/TEENAGERS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 12-17.
- No additional guests permitted!
PLEASE BE SURE TO SCHEDULE ALL SERVICES YOU WOULD LIKE TO GET DONE DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME… SUCH AS *NAIL ART, NAIL REPAIRS, CUT DOWN, GEL POLISH REMOVAL or GEL POLISH ADDED.
