Privacy
Lessons will be conducted via Signal or Discord. Signal is designed to provide more security and privacy than many other communication apps. While Discord isn't as security oriented as Signal, it still provides a reasonable level of security for voice lessons. If you need to request an alternative communication app, we can try to accommodate that request.
Please do provide one of the following: A) a Signal username or B) a Discord username; and an email address you can access for lesson reminders or in case there are any issues with Signal/Discord. Please consider using an anonymous/alternate email for this purpose.
You do not need to provide your full name, phone number, or any other personal identifying information. This scheduling platform always asks for name and phone number, but you can register using an abbreviated name or pseudonym, and you can simply leave the phone number blank.
