Join RMCAD administrators on a tour of coming resources and changes that have taken to the RMCAD campus while you've been away.

Lab and Shop Reservations include 2-hour appointments in the Carpenter Woodshop, FABLAB, Neusteter Ceramics, and Neusteter Woodshop. Please keep in mind that some spaces are only available during specific appointment hours and the equipment in the Woodshops will only be available during supervised appointment hours for that term.

A 20-minute documentation session can be scheduled in the Neusteter Documentation Room, located in the basement of the Neusteter Building. It is outfitted with paper backdrops in white, gray, and black as well as two umbrella lights for documentation of 3-dimensional objects. It is available for use during Neusteter Woodshop Appointment Hours for the current term.

A 1-hour critique session can be scheduled in the Neusteter Critique Space, located in the basement of the Neusteter Building. It can be utilized to temporarily install works for critique or documentation. It is available for use during Neusteter Woodshop Appointment Hours for the current term.

Classroom Reservations are available Monday through Friday 8-5pm. The time you select will be in one hour blocks.

Be aware that per RMCAD Quarantine practices, facilities, and IT support team staff will be performing classroom cleanings throughout the day with electrostatic spraying technology.

As a student or faculty member at RMCAD, you can use this calendar to request being on campus, but outside throughout the day in two hour increments.

RMCAD is setting the limit of students outside on campus at 30 persons to begin; but will re-assess this throughout the coming semester.

The Mine is RMCAD's food and supply bank that is stocked with non-perishable items and art supplies each semester. If you are low on funds or can’t get to the store, use this calendar to make an appointment to stop by. You can choose up to five food items to tie you over for the week. Supplies are also available on a take one, leave one basis.

If you're in need of technology to use for class projects or personal projects, stop by the TECHBAR! We check out equipment like Nikon and Canon DSLR cameras, professional microphones and audio recorders, light kits, Wacom tablets, and more. Checkouts issued Monday-Thursday must be returned the following day. Checkouts issued Friday are due back the following Monday. Please ensure that you add an additional reservation to the calendar for monday to perform that checkin.

Our work-study staffed support center will provide you with top notch technical support. The TECHBAR is equipped to help you troubleshoot issues with your laptop, problems downloading software and any other issues you may experience with your computer. We can also print out your student ID and RTD Pass, connect you to the campus printers, and more!

If you need your RMCAD Student ID and RTD Pass made, please set an appointment here. In this 20 minute appointment, the student workers at the TECHBAR will take your photo and print out your RMCAD Student ID and RTD Pass.

This space available for students to work within VR, record green screened content, and record audio content this space only available to students who have been trained in its use.

This studio is limited to 1 person during quarantine.

Equipment includes vr gear, lcd stand, green screen background, whisperroom stage, and recording equipment.

Spivak Studios is reserved for students that have applied and been accepted by the Studio Manager. A minimum of 3.5 GPA and 45 credits earned to date, as well as a brief artist statement + 3-5 image portfolio is required in the application.
