IN STUDIO Meditation & Yin Yoga 6 wk course, Tues 6th Oct @7pm
Yin is a slower paced, meditative yoga. All poses take place on the floor, so it is a hugely grounding practice.
Yin yoga is challenging but in a very different way. You may only have 5 or 6 poses in a class, which you linger in. It is a meditative yoga for this reason, working on the physical body, as well as the mind.
Great for wanting to be in the present moment. A wonderful introduction to meditation and Yoga.
