Out-call bookings automatically have a 30 minute buffer before and after in order to provide your therapist with time to bump-in, bump-out, and travel between sessions. Please be aware that your therapist is not being rude if he doesn't stay and chat, he may have more clients to see. Due to traffic your therapist may not arrive strictly on time, but you will be given the full session time you booked. Your therapist will text you if running late.
