You can book a time that suits to go through any questions you have about your program. Its always best to start a program with a full understanding of it and having the confidence in yourself to move forward.

This allows us to talk through your plan so you understand all aspects and can begin it confidently. Once you have chosen your consult time, you will be emailed an intake form to fill in and send back so i can create your plan prior to our consult.
