*PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING*
I am located at Keele & Sheppard (Downsview area) in North York, ON.
Booking: Once booking is received, you will receive a confirmation email with additional information regarding parking instructions, my number and my exact address. The remaining balance can be paid via cash or Interac e-transfer at the time of the appointment.
Cancellation period: 48H (2 days in advance) - If you cancel your appointment within 48H of your booking then you will be allowed to save the deposit for another appointment date. If you cancel outside of this period meaning less than 48H, you will have to pay another deposit to rebook. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE meaning once deposit is paid, it cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
Rescheduling: Your deposit is transferable to another date up to 48H before your appointment. You may reschedule via your confirmation email or you may contact me directly. Any rescheduling outside of the 48H will result in paying another $20 deposit & your original deposit will not be returned under any circumstances. Deposits are non-refundable but transferrable twice. Meaning: You can reschedule twice without paying another deposit. On the third reschedule you must pay another deposit.
Outside of hours fee: There is an additional $25 fee for appointments made before 9:30am, or after 5pm. If you require a time outside of my regular hours, check off "Outside hours" when making your appointment.
Sundays are my days off. If you require an appointment on a Sunday an extra $30 fee will be added to your service cost. (Please message me directly to book a Sunday appointment.)
Last minute appointments/Squeeze-in appointments/Same day appointments: Depending on my workload I may be able to squeeze you in last minute. Please message me directly to see if I can accommodate before booking. These types of appointments are an extra $20. Please note: I cannot guarantee an appointment slot, please DM or email me directly!
Late Policy and Late fee: Please be considerate of my time. I have a grace period of 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, An additional $10 will be added to the service fee after that even if you tell me you are going to be late. After 15 minutes (5 mins more), the appointment will be cancelled and the non-refundable deposit will not be returned. Most of the time I have clients back to back especially on weekends and I cannot/will not risk being late for the next client. Please take this into consideration and allocate extra time to find parking (free street side), and the correct building.
No-Shows: If you do not show up to your appointment without or with an explanation you will not be able to book another appointment with me and your deposit will not be returned. If there are unforeseen circumstances that come up please communicate that to me or else you will not be able to book with me again. No-shows who I allow to book again, will need to pay a $20 rebooking fee along with the regular $20 deposit in order to book with me again. If a 2nd or 3rd no show occurs, you will be permanently banned from booking with me again, NO exceptions.
Travel fees: If you require mobile services, you will be subject to pay travel fees. My travel fees range from $25-$100 depending on the area. My travel fees or service fees are NON-negotiable. You can find a list of my travel fees on the final scheduling page (under mobile service option). I do not travel within my immediate city (North york). Please note; If parking is paid parking -you are liable to pay for any parking fees/tickets that occur during the appointment.
Scheduling: Please note that I will not be rushing my work at any given time or for any reason. Please schedule your appointment time accordingly and allocate sufficient time for your appointment. You can view the duration of each service next to the service type. I would recommend scheduling your appointment atleast 2-3 hours before your event to ensure that you have extra time if need be.
COVID-19 precautions: Please ensure that you have no cold or flu-like symptoms when booking your appointment. If at the time of the appointment you display any symptoms of COVID-19 you will be asked to leave and your deposit will not be returned. If you feel like you might have COVID-19 please reschedule your appointment until you feel well again.
At your appointment: All surfaces will be sanitized thoroughly before and after appointments. I will wear a mask during the entire appointment.

Refer friends and family: Receive $10 off your next appointment when you refer me to friends and family. How it works: Refer someone. Once referred, your referral will indicate when booking if they were referred by anyone (you). Once referral is serviced, you will receive a code for $10 credit for your next appointment. If you refer multiple people to me and they book, you get an additional $10 credit per person. Please note that you cannot combine credits for a single appointment.
Returning Clients: There is now a returning clients prompt that has been added to the appointment booking section. On your 3rd appointment you will automatically receive $10 off as a thank you for your continuous support!
