Non-refundable deposit is REQUIRED WITHIN 30 MINUTES after booking through ZELLE or VENMO listed below.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:

10 minute grace period: arriving any later will result in a cancellation and forfeit of deposit. A new deposit will be required in order to rebook.
- Cancellations must be at least 48 hours before appointment. One reschedule is allowed with same deposit, if this policy is followed.
- "No Call No Show" to scheduled appointment: must pay the missed service price IN FULL + new appointment deposit, in order to book again.
