Beginner Meditation Evening Class

I invite you to learn and experience the basics and science of meditation and find a meditation style and practice that is right for you. There are 9 different styles of meditation that I explore with you from 4 different meditation schools, there is something for everyone.
If you have ever wanted to meditate, or have started to meditate but feel you have missed a few steps in the process, this course is for you:)
Each class will be on Wednesday at 7:00pm UK time and will last 90 minutes.
