PRIVATE POD & CABANA DINING
Terms & Conditions:
All dining pod bookings will require full payment of the 'Pod Hire’ at the time of booking. The hire fee is the total cost (not per person!).
This fee is Non-refundable and is a hire charge for using the dining pod.
All pod hires are for a 2 and half hour period.
For drinking parties that are not dining a minimum spend of £200 is required.
**Though we are able to do high chairs, there is no space for pushchairs in thepods and these will need to be left in at reception. For the samereason, the pods are not unfortunately wheelchair accessible.
The hire fee is non refundable however with 48 hours notice we will move the booking free of charge to another available date and time slot.
If we are unable to honour your booking due to Covid-19 Government guidelines (for example if Hospitality venues are closed), we will give you the option to change your booking or receive a full refund.
For the 3:30pm - 6pm timing in a Winter Dining Pod or Summer Cabana , if you wish to enjoy a cosy Afternoon Tea please inform us seperately by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01344 882284. We do require 24 hours notice.
