Terms & Conditions: The hire fee is non refundable however with 48 hours notice we will move the booking free of charge to another available date and time slot.

If we are unable to honour your booking due to Covid-19 Government guidelines (for example if Hospitality venues are closed), we will give you the option to change your booking or receive a full refund.

Afternoon Tea

For the 3:30pm - 6pm timing in a Winter Dining Pod or Summer Cabana , if you wish to enjoy a cosy Afternoon Tea please inform us seperately by emailing us at reception@stirrupshotel.co.uk or call us on 01344 882284. We do require 24 hours notice.
